How do I choose between a standard product and an engineered system?
Standard equipment has defined model specifications, while engineered systems depend on load, dimensions, building conditions and application. Every product now provides Call Us and Get Quote options, and a site visit can be arranged where sizing or layout verification is required.
How does pricing work—why don't I see prices on all your equipment?
Standard catalogue models can usually be quoted quickly because their specifications are defined. Engineered equipment depends on load, dimensions, site conditions and configuration, so Shrusti prepares a proposal around the actual application rather than displaying placeholder pricing.
Does Shrusti handle installation and commissioning, or just supply the equipment?
Both. For engineered systems, the process can cover site study, design, manufacturing or procurement, installation, integration, load testing, commissioning documentation and operator handover—one accountable partner from the first site visit to go-live. For standard catalog equipment, delivery and setup requirements are confirmed with the quote.
