Shrusti’s Custom Lifting & Transfer range contains six engineered solutions for applications that do not fit a standard handling format. The portfolio covers die-handling lifts, coil-handling lifts, assembly-line lifts, automotive transfer lifts, warehouse transfer systems and special-purpose hydraulic lifts. These systems address defined process tasks such as lifting and transferring tooling, supporting or orienting coils, matching component height within assembly, moving subassemblies between stations, and transferring goods between storage, staging or floor levels.

A custom system cannot be selected from product name alone. The engineering review should establish the load geometry and centre of gravity, pickup and discharge points, movement path, height or orientation change, duty cycle, required positioning accuracy, operator interaction, available structure and utilities, and the surrounding process or safety constraints. Existing drawings, photographs, layouts and cycle information help define the initial concept.
